I ordered mild tenders and the woman at the drive thru (forgot her name but she kept calling me "hun") told me it would be a few minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting in my car I flagged down an employee just for her to tell me that they weren't making the mild tenders that day. I told her what the drive thru woman told me and she said there was nothing she could do, no apology or anything, when I asked for a refund she told me I would have to wait for the general manager to get there, in two hours. And then ASKED ME TO GIVE MY DRINK BACK. She didn't get her drink back and I still haven't gotten my refund. Horrible service. Careless employees. Totally appalling. I never leave reviews but that incident really pissed me off.May 28, 2016
